Repair First, Replace When Necessary
A puncture does not automatically mean the end of a tyre. The honest approach is to dismount the tyre, inspect it from the inside and decide on evidence: small, clean punctures within the tread area can usually be sealed permanently with an internal patch, while damage on the sidewall or shoulder compromises the structure that carries the car's weight and normally calls for replacement.
How the Assessment Works
The damaged tyre is taken off the rim so the inner liner can be examined. Running a tyre flat even for a short distance can grind the inner walls; that damage is invisible from the outside and is exactly what the internal inspection is designed to catch. If the tyre passes, it is repaired from the inside, refitted and balanced. If it does not, we help you select a replacement that matches your car's size, load and speed requirements and keeps both tyres on the axle consistent.

A tyre repaired without internal inspection, or driven on with hidden structural damage, can fail suddenly at speed. Tyres are safety-critical: braking, steering and stability all depend on them. Frequently Asked Questions
Can every punctured tyre be repaired?
No. The decision depends on where the damage sits and how large it is: small punctures in the tread area can usually be repaired, while sidewall damage affects the tyre's load-bearing structure and in most cases means the tyre has to be replaced.
Is an external plug a permanent repair?
A plug is a temporary roadside fix. A permanent repair requires the tyre to be dismounted, inspected from the inside and sealed with an internal patch; repairing without seeing the inner structure can hide damage that goes unnoticed.
What matters when replacing a tyre?
Size, load rating and speed rating must match what your car requires. Tyres on the same axle should be consistent in type and wear level. After mounting, the wheel is balanced and pressures are set to the correct values for the vehicle.
Can a repaired tyre be used long term?
